The TEAM that now holds
the "heartbeat" for Shiloh is...
Rev. Roxie Hart, DD
About Roxie: Founder & Director of Shiloh (see also, "Called to Serve" page)
Religion of origin: raised atheist, self-described as agnostic until 1992
Religious exploration: philosophy, theosophy and all religions
Discovered Science of Mind: 1977 w/ Terry Cole-Whittaker's TV ministry; attended first Rel Sci Center in 1992
Studied at: Ventura County & East San Gabriel Valley Churches of Religious Science; licensed minister 2005, ordained 2007, Doctorate of Divinity, 2010.
I love Science of Mind philosophy...because it satisfied a hunger and filled the longing in my soul. This philosophy empowers and emboldens me to remember my Divine heritage, that "I am a spiritual being having a human experience" and to realize my purpose and manifest my life as a magnificent expression of God. I am gentler, more peaceful, more loving and content with life because of what I have learned and internalized through this teaching. I live in gratitude and joy.
My ministry: to share with others what I have discovered. I'm excited about my life and want others to experience the excitement of unwrapping their potential by revealing the Presence and allowing the Power that is God within them to be realized. It is gratifying to me to walk this path with others as they learn to show up differently in life, to heal their limiting beliefs, and to transcend the smallness of human-perception to live from their divinity.

Rev. Sharon Lund, DD
About Sharon: Assistant Minister; Vision Council member
Religion of origin: Catholic
Religious exploration: Jehovah Witness, Buddhism
Discovered Science of Mind: 1984
Studied at: Church of Cosmic Power, Los Angeles and Shiloh Spiritual Center, earned Doctorate, 2010
I love Science of Mind philosophy... because it has taught me to recognize the indwelling presence of God within everyone and everything and that there is no death, only a continuation of our soul ever-expanding. It has taught me how to work with and apply the Universal Law as a way of life. It is positive and uplifting, proclaiming that God is all there is. I love that there is no dogma, doctrine or condemnation. In SOM, I have been able to share and learn more of the highest truth of various religions and teachings.
My ministry: In addition to supporting Shiloh's activities, I minister to others--through my life experiences documented in three books and a DVD, and through my workshops. I support of their integration of all aspects of themselves and the sacredness of life and death. I have made it my mission to assist others with health and end-of-life issues. Beyond this current work, I intend to participate on the pastoral care team. My community outreach--which is my personal mission--is to build (and make available globally) a website focused on every aspect of end-of life issues that provides comfort, resources, and support.

Religion of origin: Four Square Church/Fundamentalist Protestant
Religious exploration: Southern Baptist
Discovered Science of Mind: 1999

I love Science of Mind philosophy... it allows me to find my answers about who I am and why I'm here; it has offered me an opportunity to grow, both spiritually and personally.
My ministry: I want to take our sweet Taize Candlelight Service out into the community~ bringing peace, love and light to those who can't come to us, specifically to homes and centers for the disabled or elderly. I envision expanding my teaching opportunities to include the quantum physics awareness where science meets spirituality. I enjoy the book study forum where deeper probing and discussion can flourish.

Toru Matsuzawa, RScP
About Toru: Prayer Ministry, Reiki Master
Religion of origin: None
Religious exploration: Christianity, Mormon, Sukyo Mahikari, Buddhism
Discovered Science of Mind: 2005
Studied at: Shiloh Spiritual Center, licensed 2010
I love Science of Mind philosophy...SOM teaches me that it ALWAYS and in ALL WAYS works out for the highest good of everyone concerned, and that means I don’t have to take advantage of others to be successful, happy, or rich. It is always a WIN~WIN in this teaching. Givers always gain! Universe always gives back abundantly to those who give. So much of resources, effort, and lives are wasted unless people understand this. It also teaches that we don’t have to be something we are not meant to be in order to be happy and successful because we are already perfect, whole and complete. Our perfection and wholeness is the "Buddhahood" or the "Christ Consciousness" already within each of us, and we just need a little mental house~cleaning. Where we are is exactly where we need to be at this very moment in our life to experience what we need. We can start wherever we are now, and the rest is unlimited possibilities and potential when we stay open to what Spirit brings to our life.
My ministry: I support many Shiloh activities and I am available for spiritual counseling. My ministry involves developing and teaching Reiki classes and conducting the "Art of Healing and Transformation" sessions (Matrix Energetics); developing a relationship awareness program entitled "Calling in the One"; networking with and supporting International Students; and, facilitating a business building and networking activity.

Christy Gilardi
aka "Mama Christy"
About Christy: Vision Council member, Music Coordinator
Religion of origin: Catholic upbringing/schooling
Religious exploration: Student of World Religions
Discovered Science of Mind: 1997, affiliation in 2002
Studied at: 2005 at Shiloh Spiritual Center; Prac I student
I love Science of Mind philosophy...I love everything about SOM! I enjoy the philosophy, and especially the empowerment that comes with taking responsibility for the outpicturing of our thoughts through our physical/emotional "reality" -- or in other words, what shows up in our lives. I love knowing that if I don't like what is showing up, I can change my thinking and change the resulting manifestations in my daily life. SOM's most powerful blessing is teaching practical daily applications for living a full, rich, meaningful, joy-filled life, and moving beyond whatever may seem to be the cause of a less-than-full life (whether related to physical, relationship, financial, or any other factor).
My ministry: As the Music Director, I embrace the Shiloh Music Ministry as a rich process of creating inspiring music that touches people's hearts and minds. I enjoy converting, or translating, Rev. Roxie's inspiring Sunday messages into musical compliments that help reinforce the positive thoughts through the power of music and shared expression. I intend to support opportunities for our spiritual family members to explore their musical talents through singing and performing music for our community. We join with other like- minded centers for special events and celebrations. I sent an intention and have now created a composite CD of original Sunday morning songs.
